Is there any upside to this team?  Maybe when McMurray returns, but the way it is looking I don't see this team winning more than 5 games all season.  That, quite honestly may be a reach.

Is the team even watchable?

Tulane, UCF, Memphis all made good hires while it looks like USF made a bad hire.

USF is just BAD basketball

 

which is crazy, considering smaller schools with smaller athletic budgets are doing better...

No way this dude survives another season. I know there is a buyout, but even if we win 15 games next year no one will go. A new beginning is needed.

When you can't retain the best players you inherited, can't recruit, can't coach and can't inspire then I'm not sure what value COA brings other than the name value of Kentucky, and that novelty wore off after the first season.

By not turning the page on COA in the off-season, especially when the academic fraud surfaced, Harlan has compounded this issue by doing nothing.

Which would have seemed impossible to do, but by God with hard work and  tenacity Coach O made it happen.
