Today was a great surf day here in Ventura. Waves were mellow, slow rollers, great for noobs like me. There was a seal hanging out about 5-10 meters away from me for a while. When I got back to the beach, I sat for a bit watching the other surfers, and a couple of porpoises cruised through. Seriously, I could get used to it out here!
