Is it legal for them to broadcast this in a bar? Might want to make sure as not to jeopardize them.

Plug chromecast into TV, stream to chromecast

Should be fine as long as bar is not explicitly charging for access to the program, ie cover or minimum

I'm not worried about the computer end of the problem...  I have 30 something TV's that I can control with one cable. The issue is trying to bypass the cable signal but still have wifi/phones/and credit card reader, because they all go through the same port into the restaurant.

I have to believe from your cable provider there is some pay per view option for the game.
