I don't know if he will do "better" but we will or should have an offense that gives the defense a little rest and hopefully continues to put up points.

When the offense was clicking we won.  I don't remember the defense winning any games for us.  We could not stop the run at navy or Florida state.  Western Kentucky carved us up like a turkey.  Maryla

If CWT was still on the hot seat would Woodie be named the DC? I think the talent looks good and we have an unproven quantity leading the charge. It could work out, just seems like a gamble at an important juncture of USF football. I hope it works out. Go Bulls!

Woodie may be unproven at the position but us taking on ex Tenn DC as a position coach is HUGE because he can help Woodie in that transition
