The coaches actually cooled on him.  There were better prospects and while they would have likely honored the scholarship, they didn't make the biggest effort to keep him on board. It's a numbers game

The coaches actually cooled on him.  There were better prospects and while they would have likely honored the scholarship, they didn't make the biggest effort to keep him on board. It's a numbers game and winning changes everything.  He didn't like it and expressed it in a tweet.  It's recruiting, these things happen.  We have been the beneficiary of this as we have gotten players other schools cooled on... recently... Marlon Gonzales last recruiting class after FSU cooled on him...
