If Navy Wins Access Bowl Slot

So it looks like USF will be in one of the Florida bowls. However, if Navy wins access bowl spot then the bowl game at their stadium is up for grabs. I would hope USF gets "some" consideration for this as many are predicting that Miami would be the ACC rep for that game. How do you all feel about USF being passed up for that game because of the bowls in Florida? This is especially disturbing to me as UCONN or ECU would probably get the bid (both of whom we beat)...seems like USF would be more deserving and the ACC would want a team in there who could win the game and give the conference more headlines. Again, I understand that butts in the seats are most important but how many USF fans would love a shot at Miami and make an effort to attend this game?

The conference wants to see fans buy tickets... U Conn or Cincinnati would make more sense.  Sorry.

We would beat them no doubt but like said if they want tickets sold since Cincy has played them this year (and won) uconn most likely gets that game.

Well, that sucks as UCONN has no business getting a shot at Miami while we are playing some CUSA/SUNBELT team. I know we are all excited about finally making a bowl but trust me if our only options in the future (assuming we don't get the access bid) is going to a piss poor Florida bowl because that is where our campus is, I hope someone in admin complains. These Florida bowls are truly terrible....
