CWT:

"SB did a good job and was moving the ball"

"QF is our QB"

Hadn't had chance to watch game since getting back till this evening but if SB did a good job then QF did a fantasticly awesome job ...

I hope that someone explains to CWT that if you only create one or two opportunities to make something happen...you are less likely to succeed then if you create 10.

A great takeaway from the MD game - although they had many more turnovers than we did, they also made many more opportunities.

You know if CWT keeps beating down his players like that it will definitely cause problems in the locker room & a lack of enthusiasm for even playing for him which is going to cost him his job. Of course now it's not a matter of "if" but when!

"Beating down his players" .... that's funny. There's definitely some legit, IMO, criticism about the play calling at times but this nitpicking whining about the coach speak hurting players' feelings is a joke.

Hey you speak Taggart...maybe you can translate in the near future, like a couple Saturdays.

That wasn't really a translation ... Here's a hint: I don't think QF did a fantasticly awesome job.

You haven't watched it.  SB had some fine completions called back for penalties.  The threw one bad pick, but that was in a 3rd and a country mile scenario that got wiped by penalty also.  Then he throws a fine pass to Bronson, right in his hands, and Bronson volleyballs it to the DB.

But you haven't seen it, so go ahead and draw conclusions.  Seems logical to me.

It's more about him not taking responsibility for his own flaws.  How many years can he go on blaming the players and you will side with his excuse making?  10?  20?

I do hope that at some point you expect to CWT to coach us to at least a .500 record.

What does it matter if he takes responsibility or not?? Bottom line, he IS responsible and what matters is results on the field and that's what he'll ultimately be weighed and measured on .... not whether he supposedly made some players feel bad.

... and it's not for me to "expect" anything, it's Harlan's, and time will tell what those expectations are.

I'm beginning to wonder what USF saw in Taggart. Not only does he seem to be an ineffective coach/play caller, but he never sounds like he has any enthusiasm. Has Taggart ever given an interview where he doesn't sound like that?

Exactly +100000

The team only gets like 3 opportunities and this team must play perfect to win...which is nearly impossible so they don't win unless the other team just really sucks.
