I like it for what it is, but it's not going to win any international awards compared to other European countries. But now I do want some fish and chips, dammit. Reminds me of that place that used to be on Hiilsborough Ave, just east of 75 .... Not surprisingly, can't remember the name .... Hi-Tide Fish & Chips, something like that maybe ... Was good stuff. My favorite place to eat. Also, Northumberland Street, the Sherlock Holmes pub was my nightly spot. You can grab a pint, sit outside and drink it. Behind the pub is Benjamin Franklins house when he lived in London.... I'm sorry, to each his own and all of that stuff, but if one goes to Europe and eats at any, "American Style..." restaurant is really missing out on the whole traveling experience. Find out where the locals eat. Don't ask the concierge, ask the maid, the front desk person, the bar tender, etc. You'll usually find better food and cheaper too. British food sucks.... lived in Europe extensively... I was not a tourist
