  1. Someone just needs to go check the bull's arse than http://youtu.be/5LN23qErZDM
  2. Hey don't forget Seattle too, it's legal up there as well. Hope he brought his towel to the party
  3. We need depth and options right now at QB, right now we have a bunch of walk-ons and a shotgun only chucker. I'll take what ever we can get to help us, and bringing in a guy who appears to take a snap from center and not have a guys who we all hope gets up after taking a hit (Eveld and Trickett) is fine with me. I'm also fine with RS White to allow him to develop and really make a difference in the future rather than throwing him into the fire, especially when we have such a young running game too. If he can play at Penn St, he can play here
  4. As an Alum and lifetime Bronco fan I can say we got a great pick here. I heard KW listed on a lot of "experts" lists, as a top up and coming players. I think we grabbed him in the 3rd since we didn't have a 4th rounder and they probably didn't think he'd be there. KW reminds some people as a Champ Baily type corner that isn't afraid to tackle, but he does need to work on cutting routes off and not getting frustrated. USF had a lot of issues on D the last couple years and that led to some poor habits by a lot of players. We will like his speed and toughness and with a year or two under Champ and not having to stress about starting his first year he could turn out to be a great CB
  5. +1, getting to learn under Champ and develop with DRC will only help him as well. Glad to have Bull here again Was there any other Bull (other than Andre Hall) ever at Denver? I can't think of one... He immediately came to mind, upon hearing of the Kayvon pick. Nope that was the other one I was thinking of...too bad he had the fumbles he was decent here
  6. +1, getting to learn under Champ and develop with DRC will only help him as well. Glad to have Bull here again
  7. I'll be pulling up updates from here and twitter and living vicariously through all going, but here is what I'm hoping for 1. Bullies pushing each othere around 2. Better QB/WR/TE pass and catch...leading passes and crisp catches 3. Secondary performance 4. RB play 5. No injuries
  8. I keep reading some good things about Pierre too...anything to help take the pressure off our QB will be a huge help
  9. wins are wins any way you can get them...these last two games were very unconventional, but got to take em Use this a some momentum to keep rolling
  10. there will always be a few little things...we just don't want any major ones (UM,USC or God for bid a PennSt).
  11. And 10 more months and hopefully a better season than last to improve on it
  12. doubtfull, we had so many issues...one player probably wouldn't have done much. Would have had some size, but doesn't look like a real scoring threat or option
  13. UF can play up tempo in transition and hit the three. Plus their D is solid, I think Dunk City goes to the dumps tonight
  14. When I was recruited by Cardieri, USF was too unfamiliar with me and I wasn't sold. But I screwed up and went back to the school I ended up graduating from...just not to play ball. So if the consensus seems to be recruiting, can we hire CWT part time to help get this program up and running. Or find a staff that will to help change this.
  15. With Opening Day close, I'm getting the baseball fever. So I've been looking at our stats the past few years and am blown away at the lack of wins and progress the program has had. Why do we struggle so much? This is isn't a rant on Prado or a reason to get rid of him...I'm just lost as to why a school like FGCU or even other BE schools can beat us down year in and year out. Each year we seem to be around .500, what is it going to take for us to get over the hump? If Taggert can come in and make a call to protect the local talent, why hasn't the baseball program done the same? I played ball in the area so I know the talent level is plentiful, but it just seems like each year we struggle to get the right kids. I know baseball is tough with other schools in the area (other big schools, JC's and D2 and such) and MLB, but I just can't for the life of me believe that we don't have a BE baseball title or even a post season birth. Our softball team is making progress, yet baseball just seems to do the same thing each year. I know when I was playing Prado was doing a good job at UT getting talent to come and play and they were winning, what has changed? Is it the lack of committment by the Athletic Program and DW? Since, I'm not local anymore do kids just not want to play there? My inquiring mind wants to know?
  16. Does USF at least explore who's out there or does that mess with the program? I just ask cause in the last 4 seasons we've had an NIT season, a crappy season a March Madness season and another crappy season...does it hurt to look?
  17. Any place but Oakland, that's where player's careers go to die...plus he'll have to face Manning twice and that's never good for a CB.
  18. The Bulls pride is slowly growing here in the Rocky Mountains, been seeing more and more USF license plate borders, stickers and even met a few alum/players. The horns always go up with a honk or a "Go Bulls". And I always take a few Bulls pieces to wear when I travel...airports, gyms or sports bars...you can always get a good conversation about us
  19. I'm not going to act like we have gone 12-0 now, but through the articles and tweets I've read...there just seems to have a new vibe here. Maybe it's just the newness of it, but I don't remember seeing or reading the same enthusiasm when Holtz and his staff started spring practices. Looking forward to the next 6 months
  20. I was hoping he was going to come to Denver...but we signed DRC instead for way too much. Maybe can scoop him up as a nickle
  21. With all the changes in college sports and the other dynamics going on, I'm will to give DW a small pass. He made a great hire in CWT, and seems to have some of the programs headed in the right direction. Our facilities have seen a major improvement/face lift and our deal with UA has brought some decent national attention But his job is to ensure our programs are set up to "win" and have long term/consistent progress. Which is the biggest issue with him and our programs... We need to start bowling and moving up in football (to get into a real conference) Get back to the Dance, no more up and down seasons in hoops (both M & W) Finally make it to the baseball tourney...baseball is such a no brainer in FL, why can't we get things going there just blows my mind?! Get soccer back Plus find some real effetive way to market the teams and programs locally and nationally
  22. Those look like some of the old JAMS shorts I used to wear
  23. No injuries...seems we lose one or two starters each year to something QB, RB, CB and ST players (1st string and 2nd string)...who shows they are ready to take the role in Aug Coaching styles...how are things going to change from the last coaching staff
