  1. I'm guessing somebody from TOS saw markings they put down before applying the permanent paint.
  2. Still has his youtube and he's into a lot of things. I would have loved to see him continue playing in the NFL, but he's doing pretty well for himself and he seems genuinely happy. I dont think he has a single regret.
  3. Smalls wasn't a walk-on? And I am not going by what I think, I'm just looking at who's running with the 1's, 2's, and 3's etc. I think Cherry was last rb in during the scrimmage, made the fewest plays and got the fewest touches. I'm not really concerned about being sold on someone for this one. He also may not have wanted to play RB.
  4. Wish him well... but with the emergence of the Walk-on Seriki (who may turn out to be quite the find) he was the odd man out. He didn't fit at Safety so they moved him to RB. That didn't go as well as planned as he seemed to be behind Seriki and Smalls... meaning he was 6th man in the RB rotation (behind 2 walk-ons). Can see how he may want to explore other avenues.
  5. He was at DT most of the spring I believe, from the start to finish. I know he was there at the scrimmages I attended. I know they tried him at oline when he got here last fall, but they try that with a lot of 2 way guys when they first get here to see what position they are best suited for. But I'm pretty sure he was a DT for the entire spring. I could be wrong though.
  6. I think we'll start seeing a lot of guys filtering up now. I think redshirting Waller last year was a no brainer, he came in at 340 plus and was out of shape for college ball. But like you said, seeing he cut that weight and looking at how he was moving in the spring, I'm thinking he's going to develop into a beast. He's still a pup as a redshirt freshman... Leackock is a guy I'm high on. I wish he could have participated in the spring... but shoot, you don't find guys that strong and athletic often. If he can put it together, which I think he can, he is going to be an absolute monster at DT. Our Dline is going to be a lot better this season. We got some dawgs that been waiting as well as some experience coming back. Size and speed....
  7. I am... but one thing my restlessness got me was some time to actually break down the spring tape. Hey... John Waller at some point may end up being one of the most dominant DTs we've ever had. He's not ready yet, I think he'll show flashes this season, but once he figures out how to play with more leverage, he's going to be hard to move. He's going to be a freshman that sees the field.
  8. Seems like the mens basketball season was eons ago... Seems like football is eons away. My life in the void.
  9. Varies with people depending on how bad they are and generally how quickly an individuals muscles and tendons recover. Some people have them for a few days, some a few weeks, and some a few months. It took me about 2 months to get over mine in college. They basically wait them out, no real running, jumping, or anything resulting in impact on stress of the lower leg muscle group. It sucks but it eventually goes away. I've never had them since... looking in hindsight I know when and why I got them though. Or rather what led to them
  10. I don't think it was Jordan Smith... It was McCloud that made him transfer. McCloud has a lot of ability. He's going to be hard to beat out once Barnett is gone.
  11. I don't argue differently. I don't think Bell will use him that way.
  12. I wouldn't say the dude was fragile. I think the hits took their toll. We were starting 3 freshmen at one point. Dude took a lot of hits... a lot of hits. He still came back even when he wasn't ready. And the thing that got him was a twisted ankle, not the battering he took. thought the twisted ankle arose from the battering
  13. Enjoy https://www.theidentitytb.com/videos/usffootball-fullspringgame
  14. I mean it's hard to take this comment seriously given our success with women from Europe in the past.
  15. Uh... dumbest **** I've read all day. Random recruit... gtfoh ... Nothing random about this girl and her game. You should be happy we found another slashing athletic guard with a jump step who can finish. I think many here have forgotten Courtney's first season. she did... now eat dirt
  16. She's really good. She has a game very similar to Courtney Williams. She's a baller, we've missed this type of slashing athletic guard since Courtney left.
  17. It was installed in the spring... players seem to like it... it has worked everyplace Bell has run it so I'd expect the same here. You can actually watch the spring game online if you want to see it being ran.
  18. Track team sucked... we fired the coach for sucking so badly. Good. Now higher a new one and we can move on.
  19. I figured something was up when he wasn't out there in the spring and they took him off the active roster. They did that months ago, I'm surprised people just noticed.
  20. I'd like to win a conference championship. People can say what they want... but we've never won one. Not in any conference. It may not matter to you but it does matter. I mean every time we play a game the commentators mention it at some point, while also pointing out we're a young program. But ****... we need to burst our cherry. It would make a difference to the players which means it will impact the program positively.
