  1. It was one game.......probably a little too early to jump off a building.
  2. Extension, you'll be able to hate on him for a couple of more years. No way he leaves before Ireland.....maybe after. I would guess, 4-5 more years. He is stocking the cupboard........unlike Urban at UF.
  3. This family is rooting for a speedy recovery. Good days ahead, your priorities and comments are laser focused.
  4. So how is it going???? Better or worse than anticipated? I hope better. Good luck.
  5. BJ is a class act. I met him one time after his last injury. Nice young man....even if I were not a big Niner fan....I would find it hard mot to root for him. He is the featured interview this week on the Niner site http://www.49ers.com/media-gallery/videos/Weeky-Conversation-BJ-Daniels/6bc8d155-80dc-4e08-b1e8-59113821f12b
  6. They have been cleaning up in recruiting.....last year got 1 5 star and a 4 star. They will be loaded.
  7. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://underconstructionforever.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/jbf02.jpg&imgrefurl=http://underconstructionforever.com/page/2/&h=391&w=600&sz=251&tbnid=2CgDU0c2FzCKfM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=138&zoom=1&usg=__pYW4QjFdYQdNSHSndaf_vHeB4xU=&docid=3CxTcdhoL2B5VM&sa=X&ei=t7UTUvqzEuSo2gXI6oDgCw&ved=0CEoQ9QEwAw&dur=96 On the grassy area outside Jay Bergman, on the grass parallel with Home Plate to Third, is usually an away team Alumni tail gate area. It is about a 4 minute walk to the football stadium.
  8. Sorry..I was mistaken. Over 54 year old brain cramp.....typing on dam tablet. The quiet tail gating area is actually just East on the baseball stadium, on some nice grass. Previous visitors have put up a large tent for shade and chairs, so I am sure that the USF Alum club is wired in. I think most organizations I have seen there, were professionally organized....Boston College, Miami.....I forget them now. I did not look at the last USF game there to see if they used it. There is a parking garage near the site but it may be for season ticket holders.....so let me see if I can post a decent map.
  9. bubba, I'll post a map later but there are usually two areas. Not sure about off site but onsite.... One in memory mall closest the the arena, one one by the softball field which has no UCF fan interaction. Cram, sorry you had that experience....there are jerks everywhere. Come on back...I'll buy you a friendly beer.
  10. Those "trophies" require no support........yet!
  11. The seats are usually in the away fans section. Typically, when looking at the visiting bench,, they are on your right ( just about under the score board) , from the middle of the curve around to where the bench starts. Unless, you bought them from a secondary ticket vendor.
  12. Well his bashing is consistent, misinformed but consistent.
  13. Smazza, your best suited to bashing USF athletics....as usual, you are misinformed. From an article in April...... The 9,589 fans Saturday night marks the second-straight week in which Orlando City set a regular-season attendance record. The previous week, 9,140 came out to see the Lions top LA 3-2, a record in its own right. http://www.wftv.com/news/sports/soccer/orlando-city-sets-attendance-mark-win-over-dayton/nXZp7/
  14. NO. Others here are already convinced, I just agree with them.
  15. Trip, have you been to tailgating at UCF? In my book, any on campus tailgating experience beats an off campus experience, and yes, I have attended a USF tailgate. Don't get me wrong, it nice, but it is sterile compared to being surrounded by a campus. Just my opinion.
  16. Tampa Sport Authority will not allow any trophies to be brought to the Stadium in so just forget it. <sarcasm>
  17. Come support your team. No excuses. Pre game, I'll be hosting any visiting "Thebullspen" visitors. Free libations, I'll even give you a USF coozie. Get in the car.....and drive. I have a 4 hour drive each way to get to UCF, you all can take the 90 minutes...especially you Trip.
  18. First High Point, Houston. They were ranked, they place was packed, nice win, great game atmosphere....they stadium was LOUD! 2nd high point, UGA. Long drive to Memphis, stayed at the team hotel , great fan turn out. Great fun to see those SEC fans leave in a trance. 3rd, last Bowl game vs. Ball State. UCF was supposed to win big and they did. Bortles dismantled them, Murray ran wild....fun to see close to home.
  19. charsibb= level headed. I'll give it a try but the Tilted Kilt two doors down is pretty darn hard to beat. Prime Rib wrap is all world...for simple food, scenery is not too bad as well.
