    Why would any commit make a verbal 2 years before he graduates? Heck, take some trips, keep your mouth shut, enjoy he process. Who advises these young men? Verbals are just a waste this early....in my opinion. I could be wrong....but no one was surprised by his change of heart. I say good for him, make some trips.

    He was ignored....in my opinion by the scouts.Kickoffs were great with Marvin. He usually put it through the uprights...routinely. Playing for a so so HS Football program did not help. His Dad was a darn good Pro soccer player.....it was fun t watch his Dad when he kicked. His dad was usually a lot more nervous. He was a great find...and I am glad that he has kept his nose clean at USF after his little hiccup. He is a good young man.

    Chances father was upset that he was not brought in on the decision, and as a father, i understand completely. Henriquez committed to UCF earlier today. May be the best class (2014) UCF has ever brought in.

    I think it's between UCF and Butler. UCF is doing a great job of keeping the hometown guys. Dwayne Bacon is another key target UCF has to feel confident in getting for the 2015 class. If they land him and Antonio Blakeney they will have gotten all the talented Orlando guys to commit, and would have a top 10, probably top 5 recruiting class for 2015. However we are also talking about what 14 months before these guys could sign with UCF. A lot can happen between that time and guys have decommitted from UCF before. Back to Henriquez I do think USF would have gotten back in on him, but we already had Hudson committed and didn't feel the need to re-recruit Adonys once he decommitted from Miami. No H yet, but Chad Brown committed. Another kid kept home.

    He transferred because he did not want to share time with a new RB. He knew Tay Murray only had one more year after Storms red-shirt year, and that UCF had a run the ball history/philosphy. It was a wise decision Stop being a snob.

    I hope it is close......but a close loss is a huge loss considering the opportunity. USCe does not play well on the road..bit is still a 7.5 favorite, with over 70% of the money going on USCe. I expect UCF to cover the 7.5. Oh, as for USCe making the trip, they got 5000 tickets and returned 1K. All 12k Student tics were long gone, and the last ticket was sold saturday AM. I do not think this will be a huge USCe crowd. they have no idea where UCF even is.

    Vega, as usual I think you are correct....Butler. Yes, the wait will be long.....but I think it is slightly easier to keep home town kids once they verbally......commit but we'll see...long wait.
