  1. That is probably fair, next year I would expect UCF to be sub 50. as for who they signed, biggest need was D Lineman, especially after watching all year with really no pass rush. DB wise they were in OK shape, just ask Art Briles, but in retrospect, they may have had their best pass rush the day of the Fiesta Bowl, not sure what that says. Maybe a weak Baylor OL? Doesn't matter, USF did exceedingly well. Now.. to bring them all in and make them productive, the every year challenge for HS kids stepping up.
  2. True maybe except two things. Fat Daddy Helwig is a stick figure ( he can't be over 165 pounds) and the Bamer Rivals site mentions an in home visit by Satan..I mean Saban and K Smart last week. Saban does not go do home visits on maybe players. Bamer won't miss him..they are loaded. Just my opinion though.
  3. OK, I spend the day thinking of some terrible insult to throw your way...maybe at Bull or Trip.....or Shadow/Data whatever his name is. I'll be back to complain about the officiating.....or about Coach Taggs grammar ..or something, Nah, see ya
  4. Shadow, patient I am. It comes with age, running a company, raising two kids, trying to help my wife beat stage 3 cancer......I tend to get upset by less and less these days. I live for my wife, my sons, my rescued animals, my hard working employees...everything else is just squat. Rejoice in a great recruiting class USF. See you in the fall in Tamper.
  5. Congrats on the recruiting class......Very impressive.......4:45 comes early. Good night
  6. Visiting section.....is sparse.......UCf has really no finish......not at all deep. See you at the Sun Dome....gonna wear a sombrero! <sarcasm> Where is trip? Moving threads?
  7. USF should be ahead by 10. Matty W can shoot, this game will be on the shoulders of Sykes....
  8. Well, they did. In before the Bamers never really wanted him..even though Saban and K smart did a home visit last week.
  9. Yeah, I just heard Taggs on 99.3 here in SW Florida, he says all the right things, it is easy to see why he draws recruits. Now he needs to get them to play together, but these guys, especially the SW Florida recruits, they can flat out play. I think this this class will make USF competitive...very competitive.
  10. No, I lived in Palm harbor for years so I attended games at the Old Sombrero, and we moved to Naples in 2000 and only really got interested in Florida College sports in 2007 or so, so I intend to attend this years home game vs. UCF. That will be my first visit........I think. I have been in the Sun Dome pre renovation and post renovation, and that is beautiful. I also got a tour of the whole athletic building and sports rehab and treatment rooms last year. Nice people, exceedingly nice staff watching out over the student athletes. Looking forward to seeing RayJay from the inside.
  11. "There was a take-UCF-for-granted attitude," Hitt remembers. "When Steve was talking about a share of revenues on the new video board, he was told the value of UCF's fans was nothing — zero. That didn't sit too well with us and got us looking in other directions." Hitt did not like being taken for granted, and i think he felt like whatever happened at the Citrus Dump, he was going to have no say, and even less control. The City had no thought, that UCF would simply leave. The City thought they had them cornered.....in my opinion. I only attended one game there, it was 1 too many.
  12. 2 things. I'll try to be more obvious with my avi As I review my station in life, I clearly have little sense.
