    Absolutely NO zombie nation this week. Seriously. Its embarrasing they play it at every WoI-4 meeting without any knowledge that that crap is C. Florida's little ringtone. Nothing more annoying than C.Florida fans chanting and jumping inside of Ray Jay.

    As a current FIU grad student I'm pretty happy with the hire. As for the possibility of him coaching USF in the future...dont see it happening at all.

    Why is Grothe untouchable around here like he won the heisman or something? The NFL defense carried his teams not his errand INTs. Put Grothe's offense on this current absolutely-no-defense team, and they go 0-12. No championships. I don't get it. Put this offense with Grothe's defenses and we're unfeated and a top #10 ranking.

    Charlie Strong would've sufficed. Sure hes stinking up in Texas, but he probably would've had the Louisville type success he had had he coached here in the Big East after CJL's firing. Probably wouldve been able to recruit Teddy Bridgewater to USF to tear it up. But oh well we only have the reality of where we are currently to face. It's a shame CWT doesnt have the current chance of coaching a BCS Conference team :/.

    Had we hired a competetent Head Coach after CJL...we mightve been in Louisville's place right now. :/ It is what it is.

    The day we win our first conference championship will be special. Whether its this year, next, or in 10 years. Hopefully we keep this winning mentality going.

    The biggest loss will be the head coach. Taggart is too hungry of a person not to start thinking about taking his job to the next level at the P5. At the beginning of the season he was so excited thinking the fans were gonna come out and RJ is still empty as hell with a 7-2 team. That HAS to bother him a little. If I was him I would book it. But as a diehard USF fan I'd love for him to stay for a while. Just don't see it happening :/.

    Wow Grothe. Shut up. Classless. Your precious 07 team lost to a sad UCONN team and a CUSA-level Cincy remember? Whats the difference??? In a sense, you almost underachieved with all the talent you had. Maybe had you actually won any kind of title people wouldnt have to make the comparisons between saying what team's better. Tell you what, had the 07 team had QF as their QB not throwing 5 INTs a game they wouldve been an way better team. Why are you so upset that people found another USF team to brag about in forever. You should be helping these kids get better not knocking them down like this.

    I wouldnt be surprised if we hired Montgomery to replace CWT after he leaves this year. Just a hunch.

    Hes talking about renovations lol. On another note Miami is a great example of what happens when you have a lot of talent and now a really good head coach to go along with it. They should be playoff contenders for the first time in a long time. Crazy how people just forgot about them.

    How cool has it been to seen this kid mature into the player he is the last couple of years. I remember his first start at SMU a couple of days after his brother died thinking, "ehh I don't know about this kid" and now you can make the argument that he's the best playmaker to have ever played QB at USF (he protects the rock A LOT MORE than Grothe - can't argue that). Just a shame we're stuck in the AAC and not a lot of people around the country can take notice. GB & GQF
