    That is a terrible strategy. I dont get it. Dont you win BY scoring more TDs than your opponent? Why would you slow it down??

    Im sorry guys but Im not sold. :/ When I was a Gators fan before attending USF he never really convinced me as the DCoordinator and got blown out the only game he was head coach. It was more of Meyers offense rather than the defense that won those titles. His record at Texas is an eyesore and you can argue that he won at Louisville because of his NFL caliber QB. Granted he did recruit that QB to play for him at Louisville so theres that. I dont know. His presser gave me the feeling that he took the job for the money. I think we wouldve been better off with a HUNGRY head coach like postWKUera CWT. I just dont see it in CCS. Hope im wrong. :/ Go bulls.

    CSS ran a pretty fast offense with TB at Louisville and won a lot. If he slows it down it won't be too drastic.

    I hope nothing but success for Leavitt. And Oregon's defense just got one of if not the best defensive coordinator in the nation. Great move on both sides.

    Thinking about it today and analyzing the Taggart regime... I'm not completely sold that Taggart isn't more than just a really good recruiter and/or lucky to have had Mack, Flowers, and Adams. Arguably the best offensive players in USF history all in one team. His first two years were a disaster and his offensive scheme was terrible. McNeese State is something no Bulls fan should ever forget. Still, hell of a recruiter. Good luck CWT!

    I like Scott over Strong because Scott most likely wouldnt dip from his alma mater at the next P5 job offer without heistation.

    If USF stomps South Carolina on national television, Taggart will definitely get hired away :/. But that game would be awesome. Potentially finishing ranked and 11-2 seemed crazy a couple of years ago but I feel like it's where our program should be regularly.

    CWTs stock is really high and theres a chance it drops next year if we dont fulfill expectations. Hes probably thinking about that too. But the thing is I wonder how far we can get even in our crappy conference if we start the year out ranked and go undefeated. Possible playoff crashers??

    Woodie isn't the main problem. The talent level just isn't there to match our offense. CJL was just too good developing diamonds in the rough ala Selvie, Jenkins, Allen etc into NFL caliber players and we got spoiled. Hopefully recruiting on Defense picks up.

    Feels good to actually have a legit natural rivalry for once. With the amount of alumni both schools produce every year it wouldnt surprise me if it becomes a major game in FL in a couple of decades or so.
