  1. I watch the game at least once a year, sometimes twice, and always before a new season begins.
  2. Once a Bull, always a Bull. Nice kid. I wish him all the best.
  3. They got the lead under 10 with 2 minutes to go, but couldn't finish the comeback. I see things that make me hopeful for the future. No quit in them tonight.
  4. I remember. @Vega told of Joey Knight hearing of this yesterday.
  5. Saw it on twitter. USF official release: “I met with Tulio and his family this week to discuss his future and we decided it is best if our program and he move forward separately,” Gregory said. “We thank Tulio for his efforts at USF and wish him the best of luck moving forward. I feel good about the young men in our program and those excited to join it, their commitment to improve every day and the foundation we are building for the success of USF basketball.” BREAKING: USF Men’s Basketball F Tulio Da Silva No Longer With Team
  6. Maria ended up with 31 points and 10 rebounds. Flores had 18 points and Laksa had 14. Ferreira led them in rebounding with 13, she scored 8 points.
  7. It was 55-51 USF at the end of the 3rd. The ladies then went on a 16-0 run to start the 4th. Before Memphis could figure out what hit them, USF was up 75-52.
  8. No stealing going on there. They ran over Memphis in the 4th quarter.
  9. The Overhead Garage Door Company of TB installed the door in my Garaj Mahal. It was a custom job and they made it work perfectly.
  10. The Celtic Women ran into a buzz saw. ND was never in the game. Asia Durr lead Louisville with 36 points. Myisha Hines-Allen added 31. For Notre Dame, Jackie Young led the way with 23, but Arike Ogunbowale was held to just 5 points. February 12, Louisville is at UConn. Could be an interesting game.
  11. College football is pretty much over for me. If I didn't have free passes to the Outback Bowl, I'd be done. I have no interest in the ESPN P5 Championship. I did not watch it last year and found I did not miss it. This year, I haven't even thought about it.
  12. What everybody is missing in this discussion is the reason for the University of Oviedo's success in multiple sports over the past few years. Danny White. He's made some brilliant hires, including Frost. Johnny Dawkins and Katie Abrahamson-Henderson to name two others. I'm a bit worried as to who he'll get to replace Frost.
  13. MTV is still around? I quit watching that more than 20 years ago.
  14. He has 3 Grey Cup Championships, now. He spent 10 years with Montreal, where they won the cup in 2009 and 2010. That game Sunday was in a driving snow storm.
  15. I don't think so. Not enough New York in that accent...
  16. BJ Daniels throwing down a FAMU linebacker is still one of my favorite highlights.
  17. I do not know where my tickets are. They got lost in the mail, so I have to pick them up at Will Call. They are also ADA seats, so God knows where we'll end up. A lot of times, we're not anywhere near the visitors section. At Wisconsin, we ended up behind the student section. That ended up being a blast, though. We've been to Nippert Stadium 3 times and never have had a seat one, unless the place was empty (2012). I don't know what it's like after the latest renovations, but before them, the ADA seating was non-existent for visiting fans. That's the biggest reason we're not going to UCF this year. We always end up getting seats among "those people" and not with the USF faithful.
  18. We'll be leaving tomorrow. Stopping in Tally to have dinner with my niece, then coming on in to NOLA on Friday.
  19. Absolutely. #8 goes down hard. Final. Cal 37 Washington State 3
  20. I've got to work. Won't even be able to listen to it.
  21. I went to 5 games last season. 3 of them, I was sitting in the 300 seats. I saw very few empty seats in any section.
