If only the game was played on campus.

My 6 year old grandson counted everyone and asked Pop Pop to tweet a number to JK. Probably as accurate as any.

Don't know how many people you actually know in our Marketing Dept/Athletic Dept. The ones that I know always are looking for new ways to get the word out. Like the Bible, people have to be receptive to it. You can't jam it down people's throats. I watch a lot of commercials for Mercedes cars. Don't think I'll ever buy one. Is that because their commercial's suck? Probably not. Just not interested. Same thing with USF athletics. You can put the word out there but you can't drag them into seats.

Didn't I read somewhere that our attendance was better than most of the AAC schools. If that is the case then their marketing depts must suck more than ours. It isn't that marketing doesn't care, the general student population and population of the Tampa Bay area don't care.

I am not getting involved. I don't do 3 ways.

I hate to jump into this as it seems to be between just the two of you. But, that what the 'pen is for. If you move PS to Friday night and he pitches well, you may still lose that game because we aren't hitting opposing Friday night pitchers very well. Then if SM gets lit up on Saturday then we may not be winning the series as we have been even though we seem to be scoring more runs on Saturday than Friday. So I'm fine leaving the rotation as is.

Those are just the ones he doesn't know about.

Maybe it was the Oline but I didn't think the RBs looked all that. There were a few nice runs but I left at the half so didn't see the whole thing.

Only stayed for the 1st half. Just a couple of observations. The offense seemed to run more quickly with Kean at QB. But both of those kids can make throws. Seemed like the O line struggled. But I was told before the game that we only had 8 guys at OL available. Wasn't told who was out or why.

Don't know if Vinik charges for that ad or not. If he doesn't and he moved it for additional advertising revenue for the playoffs I'm good with that.

He's always had issues throwing strikes.

At least it is there but would be nice to get some national pub through most of the game.

Did anyone else notice that the USF ad was missing on the sideboards at the Lightning game? Different rates for the playoffs?

1. Going back to the first game I attended, it was a Halloween night vs Cinci in '03 (maybe?) and Selmon Jr intercepted a pass in OT to clinch the victory. 2. A dropped pass in the endzone by a tight end at RayJay vs Rutgers, possibly in OT. 3. A missed short field goal @ Rutgers as time expired that would have won the game. We lost, I believe, in OT which ticked me off so much that we shortened our trip and didn't go up to Syracuse the next week where, of course, we won. Rutgers seems to be a commonality in these bad things.

Yes it did. As I go further along in my life I remember only a play or two of certain games. The first quarter of that game is what I remember. The Notre Dame game, Kayvon's runback of the fumble and the weather delays. L'ville circa 2005, Amari's kickoff return and I believe he threw a pass for a TD. Auburn I remember missed FGs and the last pass to Hester. Funny, the McNeese State game I remember the first offensive play that went for a TD. The first play of the Skip Holtz era (don't remember the team) was a WR screen that he told the women at the camp that he was going to run and it went for a TD. This could be a fun separate topic. What play or plays do you remember from various games? We will all recall the fumble forward and 4th and 24 but other games might be interesting.

Unless he's wearing a shirt that says I'm Rodney Adams, I don't think I could pick him out of a lineup of 2.
