    Doug generally says he hopes Brian Kelly doesn't do poorly so we don't lose our coach to Notre Dame. I think we have pretty much dodged that bullet.

    To paraphase Coach Bowden, after watching USF implode againt Ball State yesterday I thought maybe I should wear my red shirt to the FSU game to hide the blood. Then after watching FSU bash Clemson, I thought maybe I should wear my brown pants as well.

    Self-realization is often a painful process. I think a lot of us are just coming to grips with what we truly are and don't like it. Not to say we can't change but our traits are pretty deeply ingrained.

    Looks like it will be a pretty good vantage point for this game. Hope we get lots of turnout from the Northeast corridor alumni.

    Reading the internet has made me a happy man. Skip has made the Bulls invincible and the government has solved all my problems.

    I don't think you will be alone. Mine are two rows in front of where I normally sit, but I have 8 season tickets. Good problem to have I guess.

    I know its not Rutgers' style but don't you have to follow the rules to win or do you just lobby the refs afterward?

    Yes sir. Love to watch him play. He was one more reason to root for the Giants today.

    I'm torn. For the sake of my friends who really care about the Bucs,I hate to see them lose. It is fun to see Schiano get the shaft, however.

    As a Florida natice and fan of USF and FSU over the years, with the expectations I have developed, I can envision USF beating FSU to screw up their hopes and then losing all the rest.

    Got four extra lower bowls at about the 50 yard line. Now, as a USF/FSU grad the challenge is to fairly balance the crowd. Had almost all Rutgers folks around me for the last game. At least someone leaves happy.

    Most on here would not have objected if he had hit BJ this way.

    We don't currently have a viable alternative to replace BJ as the starter. It is too early to bail out on this season, although I do hope Floyd gets some playing time.

    Lots of us are making the trip and should get a good northeast region turnout as well.

    Clemson vs. FSU now becomes even bigger after Va Tech's prat fall at Pitt. If the Noles survive, the following week will be interesting.

    Perhaps we can do a Star Wars number in reverse and have Schiano come over from the dark side in Tampa. If not, we can hang him in effigy, wherever that is.

    Our games tend to come in three sizes: wee, not so wee and freakin' huge! The Rutgers game it seems, no matter what, to be of the latter variety. We must take the big step forward tonight.
