    Pretty much right there with you. I’ve never had a War Flamingo and more than likely never will but I don’t see how people coming to the game and having some harmless fun would manage to ruin people’s day. When War Flamingos are spotted I don’t see how they don’t just invoke memories of a moment when we thought we had made it and spring a dream that those days are once again right around the corner. Football is supposed to be fun, getting upset at someone’s inflatable flamingo is not fun.

    Well I was lucky and G-d gave me a good looking child as he knew that I would see thru the love and know what my kid really looked like. Still I think we are winning so that’s at least kind of pretty.

    I honestly think I’ve seen at least one at every game, I swear I am not trying to be contrarian and I feel it’s pretty close to the truth.

    It’s not my favorite but apparently enough people like it that it stays in business and it doesn’t ruin my day to see them enjoy themselves.

    I wonder if this is how parents that have ugly kids feel about their kids. It’s my team, I love them and I expect nothing but the best for them but I know it’s not going to be pretty. At least we keep winning ugly which is better than the prettiest loss, so I’ll try to focus on that for as long as I can.

    I am pro fun so I am pro war flamingo, it’s lasted long enough to be one of longest running traditions and doesn’t seem to want to die. Just embrace it.

    Shockingly I have not been keeping up with the WWE comings and goings and my knowledge of the subject was exhausted by pointing our Hulk Hogan also went here, his hair got darker with age you don’t see that very often.

    I still think we are great but have sadly fallen on hard times and found ourselves in the wrong crowd. It’s hard to play with **** and not get some on you but I have to believe one day all this suffering will be worth it and we will be saved. What I can’t understand is the Stockholm syndrome some have developed for our captors, particularly for UCIf which we used to universally look down on and laugh at. Hopefully we will find our way back soon and can forget about our time here and that we ever associated with this rubbish, like being paroled from prison and not being sucked back in by the institutionalized folk.

    You should probably consider a divorce, your wife is more than likely insane. (That’s supposed to be self deprecating and not a swipe at your wife who I am sure is a far lovely person than I am).
