    Maybe marginally. No not in any way. I am always entertained by USF but no I would not say Houston is someone I would be excited to see play outside of a game against us and I do not find any AAC teams to be objectively exciting.

    It’s already labeled lesser quality football, if the games somehow are of greater quality in your mind that’s the only place it exists. There is no such thing as a quality G5 win and certainly not a quality loss in the world in which we live and if they will be discounted no matter what we may as well find ourselves in the best possible position to win every week.

    I believe there is a very low ceiling on how much an AAC opponent’s strength contributes to poll increases or respect in comparison to playing against air, therefore it’s best for us to get the best opportunity to win as the opponent will be discounted anyway.

    Every game we play matters which is not to be confused with we should want all of our competition undefeated and fully loaded so as to gain some mythical respect that will never come to the AAC.

    It’s more than likely better than our O-line.

    xCWT’s offense worked for an entire year and a half while it out talented it’s competition, that shouldn’t be confused for an offensive juggernaut as it hasn’t seemed to stand up to the riggers of time.

    How many bonus points do we get if we beat them with Oliver or how many wins does it take away if they get to use an injured player excuse?

    I enjoy a snack cake and a juice box as much as the next guy but this stronger together teammate **** is pure nonsense, Football is a zero sum game and for us to win we need everyone else to lose.

    I couldn’t agree more. I swear half our fans on this board cheer harder for the rest of the world to have success they hope will buoy our program than they cheer for us (the only thing that will actually buoy our program).
