I went down to see some friends over in the student section with the hand. I was promptly escorted down to front row,(Thanks all) and stood the whole half. Loved it again and brought back great memories. Then had to go back to the family in my seasoners. What was funny, people over ther told me to stand with the hand!!! Go figure! ;D Reaper

Any questions on who rules the stadium, look at ... 1.painting the field 2. The giant billboards outside the stadium of players 3. Billboards of Home of the Buccaneers. 4. I could go on. If it were such a community stadium, wouldn't the signs read home of the NFL Buccaneers and the Big East USF Bulls? Community stadium, my arsk. And to top it off, we have to pay to play there. Do the Bucs, Heck no! The only community is the community of Glazer pocket. Reaper

This is really getting me pissed off. To all who are naysayers to this, let me point out a few things. this event is NOT for your sorry assed benefit. It's for the mens and womens BBall teams. It's to show that hey folks we care. We care there is a team here wearing USF green and gold. If they win, great! If they lose oh well, next time. You spoiled rotten little mamas boys need to look at the big picture. It's about supporting your school dammit! It's no wonder that you so called fans come wandering in to the football game half way in the 1st period drunk on your collective asses, only to leave your seat and talk to some equally drunk chicks that gravitate to your kind by the pirate ship. This is a football game for God's sake, not some freakin club in YBOR. I bet you if you had to pay for your tix, you wouldn't show at all! It's no wonder why there is so much apathy toward your school. Well pal let me tell you all. If you are so damned hell bent on just showing up for "the party" go to UF or FSU or maybe UCF. You will fit in with all the other heads there. You jackasses want it all but you give 0 in return. These athletes need our support. Let me ask you, would you go to football games if it was dry? Would you stand behind your school even if we didn't win 1 game? I think not. That my friends is pathetic. Even if the midnight mania only had 20 fans, God knows I would be 21. Why you ask? I give a **** about USF. Maybe you need to stop looking at the YOU and look at the USF! Unreal! Unfreakin real!

As a former student and alumni of USF AND a yearly attendee to Midnight Mania, I am appalled that this is not happening this year. It's a no wonder why USF students are so APATHETIC about things that happen on campus. Here is a perfect example of people in charge not caring. AND isn't the job of SG and it's representatives to be the voice of the student, to care for the student, and to promote things that both student and school benefit from? You sure go around promising things to get the student vote when the time for elections take place. Often times I heard "we are here for you", or "your voice is heard" or "we're not like other regimes, we are going to change it to make it better here." Like the chant goes... BULLLLLLLSHIIIIIIT! BULLLLLLLLLLLSHIIIIIIIIT! Unless it has beer, broads, and booze, oh and also Ybor, you guys don't give a darn. Mis management, poor leadership, poor representation. I am sure that past VP's, Presidents, and Student Council Presidents are as pissed as I am that there hard work to bring this as a tradition has been mismanged and quelched by leadership who just passes the buck. Shame on you!!!   Reaper PS. and if SG is so pissed at it, why are you not doing anything to rectify this. If it;s a conflict with another event, move it to another date. It is for recognition and promotional kickoff for both womens and mens BBall teams. AND for the students to rally behind these teams. SG is the power on campus. Start using it instead of being just figureheads. If CAB is not doing the job, use your power to rectify this. You gave them the event, you sure can take it back. Sorry, Too many excuses.

Mall lot is where it's at. Footballs,  frisbee, beer pong, ring toss, even horseshoes are going on all the time and it's great. Nobody gets hurt, no cars damaged. All good fun. Suggestion to all who park in the mall lot. BRING Garbage bags. At our Tailgate (More commonly known as the USF Tailgating Association), we have garbage bags to put ALL our trash in. This sure saves the tires when we leave. So fellow members of the mall tailgate, BRING THE GARBAGE BAGS!!!  Thanks   Reaper PS. Jenn you are most welcomed to join us anytime. Shiano is a class act, no doubt. It's just the North Jersey Slutgers fans who are classless. By the way, did you see last night some Slutger players tried to dance on the U at midfield after the game? Shiano see this and runs right at them and is yelling at them to stop their actions. Lord Good God Almighty! Do we need a kicking game or what? Having seen our inability to punt and to make FG's it just makes you wonder what in the blue ball blazes is going on? Teachey is an excellent KO man. but his punts have cost us VALUABLE field position. If the kids on schollie are not good, then by golly get them off and bring in quality! I am glad I am not a betting man,(oops, lightning just hit the house), but good old Benzer needs to be practicing 24/7. If I was to bet on his kicks, I'd be poor right now...(second oops! I am poor right now!)In any event, we need to step up this part of the program. Look how valuable that Ito was for Slutgers. The kid was deadly and singlehandedly won the game for them. After making some observed comments last week on MJ's play, I have to give him kudos for an excellent night. He played they way the old Mike Jenkins has always played. Good job M.J. A job well done last night. The Reaper

I can't quite figure Jenkins out. Last year he gave it all. This year, it's like he is going through the motions. Not running hard on ko returns. Not making those bone jarring tackles like last year, and always getting beat on pass coverage. Is he hurting? If so CJL needs him out.Very dissapointed in his play this year. Reaper
