  1. It's like all the Utah players. They are all from off the mission field. Hess hails from around my old neck of the woods outside of Chicago. Oswego is just outside of Aurora. When we used to play Oswego, their baseball teams were always good. Big time hitters. Tough Blue collar community. Reaper
  2. BULLS!!! 28-17 399 T  Johnson The Bulls will gore the Barneys!!!
  3. Sad case Peyton. I hope the kid gets his head screwed on right.
  4. Tons of ECU fans talking smack! Well, that's what ya get when you give Purple pirate some beer and a trip that's more than 20 miles away to the closest Wal-Mart. Unreal. Well, our talking will be on the field tomorrow. I hope we run it up! > Reaper
  5. Auntie Em! Auntie Em! It's a twister, it's a twister!!! >
  6. Killing me too Rezz...It's killing me too we Both can't be there!!! Family first!
  7. did he say anything about buy 1 ticket get 10 free for home basketball games? :
  8. And with the ticket price increase, you sure are not going to get the casual fan.
  9. ewerbeck great pics thank you from those who could not be there!!! Reaper
  10. 96 how about Nolan Richardson. I say give him another chance. The man was a genius at Ark. He screwed up, has learned his lesson and is an unofficial coach at UAB. Give him the chance at USF
  11. Hey, we'll take any compliments from him, drunk or not!!! :
  12. The players I have no problem with. It's the coaching, teaching, and coach support TO the players I am concerned with. Actions speak louder than words. The action is not there, words are always present, and moral is low after being belittled by a coach that refuses to praise and encourage only if they win. It's a no wonder Reggie left, personal reasons or not!. He could see a dead horse when he saw it and got off before it really stunk! The Reaper
  13. Actually I was a district mgr. for 7 up for Monmouth County. For all you Phillies fans, I was one of the original fishnet guys down the first base line at the Vet. We would get foul balls and give them to kids with diabilities and kids in need. As far as the game. It should be good. I think we are pretty evenly matched. I remember that speed back you had. I assume he graduated. (I hope). The time off in between the end of season and the bowl will make both teams a little rusty at the start. But I think they will pick it up in the second half. I agree, turnovers and special teams will play a big part. Reaper
  14. Jersey Pirate, No prob. Glad I got your honesty, AND you ARE as passionate about your school as I am about mine! GOOD!!! That's what I wanted to see. Now that we got the pleasantries or unpleasantries out of the way, where you from in So, Jersey? I was from the Marlton/Medford area near Cherokee HS. More acurately 4 blocks from Little Mill C.C. in Kings Grant. I used to live 3 homes down from Pelle Lindberg before he was killed. Knew him well. Now, let's talk FB. I hear your #2 QB is getting the start against us. Is that true? And if so, why? Also, tell us about your D. One thing about us that so many teams can not believe is our speed. Can your big men up front handle such speed? Even pro teams who have seen us can't believe how fast we are. I'll start it off with those questions. Reaper
  15. Proves my point assclown, Jersey Barney. YOU are the ECU fan that only wants to start she-at. No wonder. You are probably from North Jersey too, right? Listen pal, I lived in So. Jersey for 12 years, so I know your kind! And YES you are right on one thing. It was Charlotte I was thinking of, ie: Bobby Lutz,a class act of a better team. (By the way in your failed attempt to piss anyone off, you failed to see I complimented upperdeck). You can't even hold a candle to his class. My statement was made to find the true fan. You took the idiot bait hook, line, and sinker. Gotcha! NOW, if you want to talk about civil matters about the contest, istead of pissin in the wind to only get most of it on ya, I would be most gracious to exchange pleasantries and info on the game. The Reaper
  16. Finally!!! Finally!!! I have brought out a sensible, sane, and intelligent ECU fan!!! Thank you!!! Upperdeck, you have my respect. Yes we ALL have to work for what we get, and it's obvious ECU has done it this year to attain a bowl invite. And my friend if the tables are turned I too will be the first to say good job. You have a great B Ball coach in Bobby. He always came over to say hi to us every game. We would razz him all the time and he'd laugh and smile all the while. Good rep for your school. Anyways, good luck and thanks for being the honest one in the bunch.  Reaper
  17. Well old Buglight, you wise old sage. Gotta tell ya that we at USF DO tailgate. We even have our own tailgating association. Don't believe me, go to bullstailgating.com and see for your self. We have  just in our group alone about 60-75 and it's growing. Other groups are joining up with us which will eventually make history. Oh and another thing about UCF tailgaters. You guys are pigs! Ever hear of a garbage can, garbage bags, or picking up after yourself? Our lot was a virtual pigstye after your game in Tampa last year, AND even your lot attenees commented on how great we USF fans were picking up our trash at this years game. She commented UCF fans don't! So I guess if you live in a pigstye, you must be the pig farmers. Don't tell us we don't tailgate! We do it right. Learn from the best or join the rest!!! Bulls Tailgating Association: Party Hard, Cheer Harder!!!   Reaper
  18. Hey, it's ok ECU fans. It's always nice to dream and wish for things like the big boys have! We have them and it's way cool! Why don't you ask Santa this year for your school to make you a D1 Middie, instead of a D1 duddy! But keep wishing ECU, because you'll know what and how the big boys play come Dec. 23rd. The Reaper
  19. Hell, I was with Mattegunz and got 8 T's (long sleeve and short sleeve) for 25 buccareenos.
  20. Count me in Terry. Be good to see you. Also, need a place to crash? Let me know! Reap
  21. The good ole boy network at it again. Nothing will come out of this. They have their tracks covered, and whatever is not covered will be paved with cash! mark my words. It will be smoothed over as slick as snot!
  22. They still do not have indoor plumbing yet though, Brad. Ya gotta remember that one too! Sure they will bring a lot of fans. The KKK convention has designated B ham as the site this year, right in time for the bowl. Also, the society, M.Y.F.C.O. A. (Marry Your First Cousin of America) meets December 22nd. at the local Motel Six. Hey, cobined with the bowl, a trip of a lifetime.
  23. I have stated my stand in another post. I have and always will support the USF teams in any endeavor. BUT, after giving many benefits of the doubt concerning Mac, I have to say I have had enough. After the debacle against Richmond, and observing the coaching "techniques" of Mac and the assistants, I feel a change is needed. Glaring at a player when a time out is issued for almost 15 to 30 seconds and then yelling at them, or getting in their face if taken out of a game, not talking to them and teaching them, is an outrage. A coach is a teacher, not reserved for practice, but in a game situation as well. I tried to do a comparison of both coaching staffs from this game. Not only was the Richmond head coach encouraging, he was teaching. If he wasn't talking to a player, his assistants were. There was more involvement in interacting with a player than bees hovering around a queen bee. Our coaches would just sit there. Coach Burnell looks like he's going to fall asleep and the others look scared to death. I am sorry, but actions reflect on players. When Coach would get in the face of the player, the body language was that of defeatism. How can we win if we are going to fear the rath of a coach who is a dictator. Not todays ballplayer. Discipline is one thing, but the iron fist of coaching is gone as fast as the dust. A new wind of change has to come to USF. Unfortunately Coach Mac may think he's doing his best, and if that is the case, I applaud him. But his best is not working for us at this level. Coach is a great guy, but maybe he's in way over his head here at USF! Reaper
  24. If you build it, they will come! BUT so far we don't even have the plans yet! > Needed: New attitude, new leadership, new direction, lot's of $$$$. Reaper
