My 8 reasons why USF will beat FSU 1. Flowers is much faster than I thought. Bench looked much better than the past few years. These 2 have been ridiculed hard. Im sure their pride will inspire them to perform well. By the way, i was wrong about Kean, feel free to let me have it lol 2. Recievers...we have a lot of speed and talent that nobody knows about, nor was on display in the FAMU game. At least 5 receivers will have a coming out party. 3. We have 3 great running backs that will wear down FSU defense. Tice will serve as the finisher just like the FAMU game. 4. Defense-yea FAMU sucks but they still a bunch of Florida athletes with a lil speed. Notice the aggressiveness and determination to not let them score a touchdown. If they were that intense for FAMU they will go even harder against FSU. Plus we are pretty deep now. I feel they ready to punch the offense in the face. 5. Coaches-Allen is a pretty intense coach, this will be his true coming out party. Taggart is finally ready to go to war. Kinan has given him the logistics, ammo and weapons for his Green and Gold army! 6. Elkino Watson. All jokes aside, I never met him, but he was from Miami like me and genuinely seemed like such a nice guy. It angers me that some f**kboy not only punched his girlfriend in the face, but murdered him and stabbed his best friend. If Im pissed off about it and never met him, I can only imagine how angry his ex-teamates are. This is an emotional trump card that nobody has factored in. God Bless Kino and may he rest in peace. Please contribute at least $5 to his fund. 7. The players are sick and tired of the ridicule and disrespect from the fans, media Bulls sports journalists/bloggers and opponents. Once again, people seem to forget about Tice.Tice has that speed and will serve as the X-factor after Mack tires up FSU defense. I also believe there will be much more passing. Even if it was against FAMU the defense intensity was pretty high. I feel it will be even higher against FSU.

This post is appreciated. I like to pay attention to the opponents as well and you saved me lots of time and clicks. Its seems that everybody we play this year can score, but none of them dominated defensively.

Even though it was FAMU, it still was a Florida school with a few players with speed.The defense shut them out. They played a perfect game, and the effort was perfect.They seem hungry and they are much deeper team so they can play hard until the end of the fourth quarter unlike last year. As long as the offense eats some clock, we will have a chance

I have more comfort when Bench throws, but Flowers gives us a better chance at scoring. He is a great runner. I didnt know he was that elusive.

The defense is what I expected, so far better. They look stronger and quicker. As for the offence Woulard will have an awesome season. But this year, we have to ride with him. He redeemed himself with the 2 touchdown passess. This is a perfect game for them to work out the jitters b4 FSU

Didnt Taggart play the spread as a player when he quarterbavked Kinan's national title teams and at Western Kentucky? Not sure how he lacks experience in that offense.

So why not Tyler Pipens? From the video I saw and his track background he looked superfast. Plus he had I think 8 runs of 60yds or more

At least by 2019 we should be good enough to beat Texas and Wisconsin. Our team full of "youngins" and Flowers, Woulard and Kean will be seniors and i assume playing to their potential by then

The west has Houston, Navy and a Memphis team that was part AAC champ. Even if they are not as good as the East, they are located in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana are three very fertile recruiting areas. Hello Houston and SMU pretty much the main college football team in their city. They just have to put in the work in recruiting. This pretty much applies to the AAC. It’s time they start beating out of conference opponents.

The QF you're describing is the one I saw last year, so that's disappointing. Not surprised about AW...meaning we REALLY need to pray for that waiver. One thing I do know is that the graduation rate and academic are probably the main positive category the team as a whole is. In the end Calloway has to make the decision to either find help or try harder. Ive been there myself until i got my act together. Taggart can only do so much.
