He's quick for a lineman which I'm sure is useful but he'll probably need to strengthen up a lot. He finishes his assignments in his hudl tape and he looks pretty good in open space blocking. You could stick em outside at te if he doesn't develop in a couple of years.

I think CWT overestimated his early success last year and wound up with extra slots left in that class. This year he is filling some slots of need early with "sleepers". Our roster has 1 true Center, Reiter. One of our LS behind him weighs #165. A Wisky lineman might pick him up and throw him at the K. I see us looking for a JUCO C as well.

 

Plenty of time and room left for some blue chip guys who pull the trigger later. It's still Early.

This is exactly the way I look at it.Taggart is recruiting guys with the right size and with football toughness. They will learn better technique once they get to college. Too many good football players in Florida to be judging only based on stars...especially for centers who seem to be overlooked in the ranking process. Leavitt recruited a similar way that Taggart is.
