And the first game is apparently coming up this May 17 at RJS on ESPN2

As a former Bandits season ticket holder, I'm ecstatic to see it revived, especially since all the teams will be using the A11 offense, which will make for fun, watchable, high-scoring, fan-friendly games.

As long as they stay in the spring they'll be fine. When Trump tried to move the Generals and the USFL to the Fall, it was the end.

Didn't they notice what a complete failure the UFL was?

$30 for tickets?! People don't even go to the Bucs games.

The only way I can see this taking off in Tampa is if the Bandits can get Tebow.

Agree. $30 needs to be the HIGHEST price.

$10 in the corner and $5 in the endzones will fill them up

I'm not holding out much hope.

This is one of the few times I agree with you.  A junior football league, JNFL if you will, might be a good thing.  Make it for 18 - 23 year-olds.  You would get kids that can't get into college and those that don't want to.

Also might add a good retirement home to the guys that are on their way out of the NFL...I remember the Bandits, they were fun! As long as this also doesn't conflict with the Storm, I'm probably one of the few that likes the Arena games.

Maybe BJ can be a starting QB in the A11FL
