They are actually integrating the school with the football stadium. This isn't just a stadium renovation, it's an academic facilities enhancement, the latter maybe more so than the former.

We need to do this when we build our OCS, No reason to waste a bunch of space - make it useful year-round.

Texas A&M broke ground on their 450 million renovation to their stadium last year.

So much money. Amazing how the world worships sports.
