Love the recruiting angle, but can he coach QBs?  He was a WR at FSU and a WRs coach.

Reaves would move to QB coach and Dugans would be WR coach.  So, Dugan not having QB experience does not apply.

If Dugans comes it will be as a WR coach. Reaves would shift to QB coach which is his natural position. Reaves worked out the NFL QB's at IMG a couple of years ago.

Dugans is also a heck of a recruiter and had the North Florida territory, including Jacksonville. We need help up there.
