I don't usually like to look into these things too much, but this has to be a sign.

 

Western Kentucky's mascot was always in those Capital One commercials.

Taggart comes to USF and now Rocky gets his own Capital One commercial and is leading the mascot challenge.

 

This must mean Taggart is going to turn this program around like he did at WKU
