Wanna bet she's the little Sis, or a relative of Marc Bulger the starting QB for the St. Louis Rams.  Marc attended WVU as well, and he was a pretty **** good college QB.

Geez, kids playing college sports born after I graduated from high school.  Why do my ankles, knees, hips, lower back and hands suddenly feel artharetic (sp??.  Girl's got some seriously white choppers.
