All kidding aside, few wanted Bortles, and he turned out to be pretty decent.
True. Saw a tweet the other night that said even oleary didn't offer bortles until turned down by a half dozen other quarterbacks. Worked out well for both of them.
so slick might be on to something? :D

We can also make a list of guys nobody was interested in that didn't turn out well. Just for comparison.

 

 

You can start with me.  No one signed me and I didn't turn out to be a star QB.

 

Not to mention the fact  that you were a trainer.
