Just my opinion, it should only apply to "unnatural" situations.  Grass is naturally green. Snow is naturally white. But the blue turf for Boise or the red turf at Eastern Washington, are cases where they are creating a certain environment.

seriously, just make a rule all future fields have to be green

 

Don't make any present colored fields be changed, but ban all future colored fields (except for green).

He must have caught WILLIE FEVER...i don'tknow if is a permanent condition...only losses might cure it so I've heard

They don't need a "Uniform Rule."

What they need is a "Field Color/Conditions" one
