As a USF fan, I'm happy about this.

 

But...

 

It was still a good rule.

Just my opinion, it should only apply to "unnatural" situations.  Grass is naturally green. Snow is naturally white. But the blue turf for Boise or the red turf at Eastern Washington, are cases where they are creating a certain environment.

Don't make any present colored fields be changed, but ban all future colored fields (except for green).

They don't need a "Uniform Rule."

What they need is a "Field Color/Conditions" one
