I want to also vote for the soccer stadium. The opportunity to tailgate inside the stadium (without alcohol) made a boring event exciting. That was one of the best ideas, and I really hope they make it a tradition.

Ray Jay,   Seats more people,  also gives players a chance to actually practice, play in the stadium before the season starts,  Gets them in a routine.

 

Also less wear and tear on the Soccer stadium.
