Status quo in three years is unacceptable. He's taking over a broken and poorly stocked cupboard (in most areas of the team). I'd be thrilled if we got 5-6 wins next year. Improvement on top of that, especially with the state of our conference in 2013 and 2014, should not be too difficult if Taggart can recruit well. It's definitely going to be a tough road moving forward, but let's just take baby steps.
