USF Women down UF in First Round NIT action

Just because we beat Charlotte and have a better record than Wake it does not mean we will host.  The WNIT wants to go to where they can make more money on ticket sales...Charlotte averaged 1238 fans a game, Wake averaged 2138 while we averaged 510....I would have to think that bc of those numbers that if the winner of the Wake/Charlotte game can host either Sunday or Monday, that they will be able to....I sure do hope I am wrong

Without checking numbers, IMO, by your reasoning the USF-UF game should of been in Gainesville...right?

Florida did not submit any bids to host the first round of the WNIT hence the reason it was here

great win and it should help recruiting in the state

but a women's nit? is their really a demand

my god at what cost to other programs?

This kind of exposure and win helps not only the women's basketball program but reputation of the entire program.

Well worth the cost.
