He did a great job at the U, He knows how to relate to the players. Maybe we could actually start winning the recuriting battle in the Bay area.

If Not him than someone who knows how to win, Dungy, Petrino, either Gruden, ANYONE who is a proven winner.

Petrino is the only one in that group that I would want. Personally, I don't think we "go big" again. Skip was supposed to be that guy, he has failed miserably.

I'd rather have a coordinator, someone who we're giving a chance to. Who has one shot if they want to be a head coach. If they want to succeed, they have to do it here because there are no second chances if they fail. Someone who will live and breath USF Football because it is everything to them.

Guys who have had previous success won't be as hungry and won't be as dedicated to USF. Need hunger. Starving, rabid dog type hunger.
