There's a lot of focus on the situational playcalling (and rightfully so), but there is way more than a playcalling issue. The team can't block or tackle well and that goes back to the actual practices. The team looks soft and that comes back to what they do in practice and hitting. Iron sharpens iron, iron is not sharpened with puppies and rainbows.

It's already been said that Holtz is soft and wants to be friends with the players. As a head coach your players have to respect and fear you a little...our players know they can walk all over him. Do you think good coaches allow players to joke around about mistakes and walk all over them?

They looked like they quit on the field. This team has serious leadership issues right now.

It all falls back on the coaching staff and their poor management of this team. We are just like the bucs while under Raheem Morris...lets all be friends

When we used to play, going back to the 1-AA days, our boys swarmed to the ball the whole game, busted their butts all day. When you watched it we were always a team that seemed energized and feisty. It was why we beat FSU, Auburn and West Virginia. There was attitude and swagger, especially on defense.

That's gone, and we all know when it left.
