Urban Meyer and Ohio State, I think this was a great idea and wish we could get something similar going as our pre game or halftime ritual:

For those who don't watch the video or can't tell what's going on, the players mass in the end zone and lead the student section in Quick Cal drills. Great way to get them fired up and feel like part of the team.
