I would be happy with this. But I dont see it happening. Holtz shouldnt even be on the plane back to Tampa.

Maybe somebody needs to tell Doug you give an extension when you do well and want to keep the coach longer not just for being at the program.

I would love to have Doug as my boss.... do a bad job at work and I get a nice raise.
