Not ever, not by a long shot. But far and away the most disappointing. I think the D coordinator has done the worst job ever.

Agreed, I still remember the Oregon game.........

And this year's D will lead us to 2 straight year's of no bowl.

OK, then what defense was worse? You'd have to go back A LOT of years to find an example. (2007 wasn't even in the same universe of being this bad)

GA "USF's defense came up with zero tackles for loss in 71 plays against Ball State offense. Zero takeaways. Stats show a single QB hurry."

2nd straight game that our defense forced ZERO turnovers (the one turnover in Rutgers was during special teams).

The d line NEVER got past the line of scrimmage tonight.no push no pressure again.never heard mims or giddens or grissoms name over the loudspeaker at the stadium making a tackle.all i ever heard was"CARDINALS FANS THATS ANOTHER BALL STATE FIRST DOWN!!!!"it was frustrating to listen to

I would understand if we were young but we aren't and it's sad b/c it's only going to get worse! If I was Cosh I would just blitz like crazy but from different places each time b/c if he doesn't change something he will def be the first to go! Obviously KState is still doing great and actually better than when he was there so maybe we should throw a lot of dough at Bill Snyder and throw in a retirement package?
