For one shining moment, USF was a rising program that was nothing short of miraculous. Doug Woolard fixed that, though.

Specify sport please. Futbol is amazing and so is softball and basketball. Perhaps he screwed up with Holtz and friends but in other areas we're shining. Of course though, he'll probably only be remembered for what happens to our football program. Kind of a shame.

LOL ... This thread had to be buried 4 or 5 pages back. You must just scroll through, look for the most negative titles you can find. I am shocked though, considering you think Leavitt was the one who killed USF football.

With regards to football, yes.

The rest of our programs are doing very well at the moment.

That said, his only real mistake was the extension. Hiring Holtz was not a bad choice. Be honest, ALL OF YOU were happy with the choice. No one said oh **** we are going to lose to Ball St under this guy. Revisionist history at its finest.

You're delousional. USF has had a bad 2nd half of a season, and a bad two games this season.

This is spot on. Woolard's giant mistake was giving Holtz a contract mistake after a 5-7 season.

Haha. Wow. I'll just go learn how to read now.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

Act like you’ve been there before. Turns out, for many of us, we haven’t been there before.
