Ours arrived on the 10th i think. So yea, might want to call USF.

Mine were delayed because I forgot to make my Bulls Club payment. That payment goes to a separate department and they won't release the tickets until it is paid. Call the ticket office and they'll help you out. Got mine and can't wait till Sept 1st.
