Good for him. He can stay in playing shape, get school paid for and be close to his girl all at the same time. Right now I'm a little gunshy about the whole JUCO route .... but this too shall pass with time. He's going to HCC, not to play football. So after a year at HCC he can transfer without penalty to Div 1, right? In the meantime, I guess he might be spending some time at a local up and coming FB program that has graduating seniors on it's OL.
