It is functionality that could be used similar to TheBullsPenaltyBox we used to have. If certain things are not allowed and a user persists, there is a point system...not sure we'd use it. I have experimented using it on our dear friend and long time board member smazza to see how it functions in the real world. So far, not thinking it's something we need.

However, there is the rep_up.pngrep_down.png buttons to rate content. I encourage everyone to use that to rate threads. There is functionality - positive functionality - that can be tied to those in terms of member rankings and bonuses as well as highlighting of threads receiving a number of rep_up.png.
