Threatt picks up second offer

Last month, lineman Dominique Threatt (East Point, Ga./Tri-Cities) picked up his first offer, from the University of Georgia. The 6-2, 320-pound prospect was happy to get the news then and still speaks highly of the Bulldogs.

"UGA is a good program," Threatt said. "I love that they are serious about the student athlete. I have been up there plenty of times, and I feel good there."

Now it looks like another program has jumped into the mix, with a couple of powerhouse schools also keeping tabs on Threatt.

"USF just offered me," Threatt said. "I don't know too much about them but I plan on visiting. Auburn and Alabama are showing interest."

Threatt remains open right now.
