Had a heart attack Monday night, 90% blockage in one artery and had stent put in. Will be home tomorrow and to work Monday. I am feeling great! Go BULLS !!! Sorry to hear the news. How old are you ET? I might have to worry myself 46 Felt pains in my jaw over the weekend, nothing serious ( I thought). Monday, felt fine until I got home. Pretty serious pains in my jaw and chest. Would come and go in 15 minute intervals. When the pain went away, felt like a blanket was pulled off - very weird. Went to the Emergency Room that night and they immediately hooked me up. Five minutes later, taken to a room. Ran my blood and tests. Said I was borderline and will run a stress test in the AM. But, they had to get my blood pressure down. Morphine drip along with other drugs. Two hours later, I have my heart attack there in the ER. Within 15 minutes, I'm upstairs being prepped for the stent to go from my groin to my heart via my artery. Roughly an hour later, in ICU for recovery. Was awake for the procedure, but feeling nothing.

You sure they didn't bring on the attack just to raise some more revenue for the hospital?!?!?

If ET didn't have tonsils, the ER doc's could have staged another required procedure.

I'm near your age and curious about what early indicators there might be for me to look for since I wouldn't want to wait until I had jaw and chest pains.
