Nice. Look forward to watching him play and to seeing and hearing his game introduction "South Florida".

He played a whooping one season for "South Florida".

I don't get excited by what was a transient player.

As great that it is that JPP is getting such exposure because this helps to extend the brand of the USF name, the undertones of this article is such to imply that JPP is not that bright. The writer of this article went to great lengths not to say so explicitly, but he nonetheless leaves the impression that JPP is just a little bit slow.

JPP is a great football player and a nice guy, but it's painful to hear him speak sometimes because he lacks any eloquence or ability to express himself clearly. I have no doubt that he's a great person and football player, but it's hard to ignore his lacking in mental sharpness. I'm not sure this article does much to dispel that impression.

I think the gist of article was that JPP started playing football late in his life and isn't some ego driven superstar who thinks he's too smart to ask questions about thing he's still learning and doesn't stop asking until he gets it right ...

They're all transient players. In his one year he's brought more exposure to USF than many of our five-year players.
