15. South Florida: Stan Heath has done a terrific job making the Bulls relevant, but USF remains a basketball job in a football-mad state. Perhaps adding Central Florida, giving the Bulls some sort of geographic logic to being in the Big East, will help.

I definitely agree blurb doesn't make any sense. Won't we be playing these clowns in bball twice during the regular season??

Likely just once. Unless the basketball only schools leave, it'll stay the current format of playing everyone 1 time and 3 teams twice.
