QB and RB are priorities, but there's slim pickings left.

I think we take a walk-on QB, like Tommy. There's nobody worthy of a scholly that's considering USF at this point. (pending a real surprise)

At RB, we'll probably grab a JUCO.

We're banking on Whitehurst as our LB.

Not sure I agree on a S. I say use it for a transfer.

Jackson Cannon just came in as a preferred walk on as a LB and we just signed JUCO RB Michael Pierre.

They might leave them open so they can interest someone who wants to transfer out of their current program. Never know

I seriously doubt they leave all four open. I suspect there are a couple of players on hold as a backup plan. That is usually how it works at the big programs. "We'll give you a scholly if we don't get some other guys, if not we'll give you a preferred walk on spot if you want it and may be able to put you on scholly later."

I could see them leaving one or maybe two open. But I also suspect we'll see a couple more guys transfer out between now and fall, so I don't think they'll be too concerned about not having any schollies available.

Lets see what happens come signing day. However, it will be a bit disconcerning if we do not sign a quality qb to start learning and lead this offense after bj.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
