Pointing out that IF we win out, HUGE IF, our season will not be that different from any previous ones. I'd love for us to improve now, but sometimes, it takes more time than we want it to.

Right, and as I pointed out to you in the other thread that you posted that, I don't get why comparing to the tenure of a fired coach makes any sense. We didn't fire Leavitt to go out and equal or fall shy of previous perfomance.

You can argue that Leavitt set the bar and Holtz is making it if you wish, but that isn't the goal of most fans.

But the "Hate" stuff has to stop. People did proclaim HATE for Leavitt, openly. I have the posts. Some threatened him. Hoped for bad things. I don't think anyone thinks the same of Holtz. He has greater support than Leavitt had and no one HATES him. So let's stop that. They may wish to discuss on field performance, that should not be interpreted as HATE.
